What areas of work do you specialise in?
Check that the company has experience in the area of travel that you need.
What makes you different from your competitors?

Do you ever sub-contract work out?
If an operator sub-contracts out work to other companies, it is more difficult for them to guarantee to maintain standards. At City Circle we never sub-contract work.
Can I look round your premises and vehicles?
Reputable coach companies are proud of their vehicles, services and facilities and have nothing to hide. You are always welcome to visit us here at City Circle.
Can you provide references?
Avoid any company that will not identify customers for reference purposes. At City Circle we have a long list of referenced customers and you can even read what some of them have said on this website.

What is the average age of your coaches?
Newer vehicles are likely to be more comfortable, better fitted out and employ more sophisticated safety equipment. None of City Circle’s coaches are more than three years old.
Do all of your vehicles have satellite navigation?
Satellite navigation helps ensure journeys run to time. City Circle is investing in the latest satellite navigation systems and it will be fitted in all of our coaches for the 2006 season.
What safety features do your vehicles have?

How often do you service your coaches?
Our vehicles are serviced every 6 weeks by the manufacturer, and only by the manufacturer.
The drivers
How many years experience do your drivers have?
Experience counts. When choosing a coach hire company to get you and your party somewhere on time you probably want the re-assurance of being looked after by someone who has done it many times before. On average, our drivers have 15 years experience behind the wheel.
We liked our last driver - would it be possible to have him again?
We are always happy to ‘request’ a particular driver for your outing or holiday. While we will make every effort to allocate your preferred driver, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee this.
